Let's keep this simple. You don`t want your data sold. We don`t want to sell it. Cool? Cool. Here`s how your (minimal) data is treated around here:
You don`t need an account to use this site. There are no usernames, no passwords, no email spam — just pure, anonymous IEM rating goodness. Everything you post (ratings, comments, etc.) is tied to a device, not a person.
We use local cookies for 2 main reasons:
These cookies stay on your device and don`t phone home to third-party services. They're the digital equivalent of sticky notes — useful, but private.
Comments are anonymous, but not wild-west. We log timestamps and assign internal IDs (no, we don`t know who you are). AI and human reviewers work together to spot offensive stuff, shady links, or other nonsense.
No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixels, no funny business. This site doesn`t share your data with third-party advertisers or tracking networks. If that ever changes (unlikely), you`ll see it here first.
If you see a comment that breaks laws, rules, or just common decency, hit the report button. Or if you prefer old-school: send us a message.
This platform is being built in the open — no corporate strings attached. Some parts may go open source, and we believe in building things with privacy and respect baked in.
Still have questions? Confused? Paranoid? Reach out — we`ll reply like real humans.
